Meet Shelly!

Shelly is the Founder and CEO of The Soul Companion Doula Services. She is a Professional Birth Doula, Sacred Passage End of Life Doula, Conscious Living & Dying Coach, Reiki Master, and Divine Energy Channel serving residents of Pinellas County, Florida.

At just 19, she was introduced to the profession of Birth Doulas. Since then, she has explored the world of Birth as a mother, volunteer, and professional. Shelly served the community as a La Leche League Leader (Retired) and a Birth Doula (circa 2016). She has provided emotional, autonomy, physical, environmental, and informational support to her clients in both their chosen and modified locations. 

She felt a calling to Energy Work, while pregnant with her third child, she noticed how impactful energy was used to sooth her nervous system, body, and emotions during her pregnancy.  She has been a practicing Reiki Practitioner & Energy Healer since Spring of 2021.  

In 2018. Shelly participated in a training that changed her life. In this class, the subject of End-of-Life support further grounded another sense of purpose within her. In September of 2022, Shelly enrolled as a Student at the Conscious Dying Institute. As of early 2023, she is now a Certified Conscious Dying Coach and a Sacred Passage End-of-Life Doula. 

Her greatest passion in this work has been providing Energy Healing for those transitioning out of this life. She has found a renewed sense of purpose through helping Souls heal and cross over the threshold at Death.

Shelly can be found in local nature parks, homeschooling her kids, and at Organic Reverence, a local Metaphysical Boutique where she works on the weekends; Energy Infusing Crystals and offering Oracle Card Readings.
